Project description

Working Together to Rethink Procurement in Repairs & Asset Management is a collaborative project designed to push forward thinking and develop model practice in this key business critical area. Through a programme of explorative learning, knowledge sharing and skills development, the aim is to produce a sector toolkit that helps organisations procure in a way that better optimises the delivery of business objectives. The project will also provide Repairs Managers, Asset Managers and others involved in procuring social housing projects and programmes of work with ‘critical friend’ support to help make sure you have the very latest tools, techniques and approaches in place in your organisation. Facilitated and supported by CIH Consultancy in partnership with experts
Cameron Consulting and leading Legal Advisers, our aim is for the project to be genuinely cutting edge, using peer networking and expert input to developing new and better ways to navigate this often complex area.
