YOU ARE HERE: HOME > PROJECTS > RETHINKING TENANT INCENTIVE AND REWARD SCHEMES

Project description

In 2001 Irwell Valley Housing Association’s pioneering Gold Service scheme received national recognition after a glowing Housing Corporation-funded report.
Since then many housing organisations have adopted incentive and reward schemes.

But …

Are they working effectively?

What lessons have been learned?

Are they fit for the future?

What can we learn from other sectors?

With a changing customer base and an increasingly challenging environment for social landlords, do we need a new approach?

Rethinking tenant incentive and reward schemes is a direct response to the need to develop new relationships with tenants to improve impact and outcomes.

Facilitated by CIH Consultancy with input from Irwell Valley Housing Association, this initiative provides a unique opportunity to learn from successful delivery and to develop model best practice going forward.
