This is a project to respond to Universal Credit as a collaborative project designed to push forward thinking and develop model practice in this critical area. Through a programme of explorative learning, knowledge sharing and skills development, the aim is to produce a learning report that helps organisations face and address the challenges posed by Universal Credit, to improve access to Universal Credit for customers and reduce the risks of issues such as rent arrears.
Also, how to make the best use of scarce resources to ensure you are able to address the challenges of Universal Credit.
The project will provide your organisation with an opportunity to identify and share best/next practice and work with ‘critical friends’ support to help make sure you have the very latest tools, techniques and approaches in place in your organisation.
Facilitated and supported by CIH Consultancy, in partnership with CIH Policy, our aim is for the project to be genuinely cutting edge, using peer networking and expert input to developing new and better ways to navigate this complex and increasingly challenging area.
