The online platform will help you to identify areas for improvement, highlight any weaknesses and collate feedback from customers. It gives an overall rating for your housing support services, cross-referenced against clear objectives, criteria and minimum standards.
We also provide a free report for your board of directors.
The Service Quality Tool is the only quality framework for supported housing services recognised by the Department of Communities and Local Government.
